14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item in your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Alternatively, you may contact us by email with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Returning Your Items
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the returned item(s) back to us within 14 days.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide proof that they have been sent back (whichever occurs first), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund:
- the full purchase price of the returned item(s); and
- the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your original order.
Any additional charges resulting from choosing a premium or express shipping method are not refundable.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example, engraved or custom-made jewellery);
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- any other products excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective products.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
