Shipping policy

All our pieces are shipped from the EU.

All our jewellery is handmade to order and made specifically for you - please allow 2-5 working days to complete and ship the order.

 

EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden): 

- standard postal shipping with tracking - 12€ - 4 to 5 working days

- standard courier shipping (Chronopost, UPS, DHL etc.) - 20€ - 4 to 5 working days 

- free standard postal shipping with tracking for all orders above 120€

Rest of the world:

- standard postal shipping with tracking - 28,55€ - 6 to 14 days 

- free standard postal shipping with tracking for all orders above 300€

Custom duties are NOT included in the total at check out. Kindly refer to your local authorities for more information.

Kindly note that once packages are shipped they are out of our responsibility and therefore we're unable to refund or replace any lost, stolen or un-retrieved packages.
