FAQ

What does it mean that the pieces are one-off?

It means that each piece was created in only one copy and once it's sold, you won't be able to buy that exact same one.

What does it mean that the pieces are limited?

It means that each style will be sold in not more than ten (ish) pieces.

Why are you selling the one-offs/limited collections?

We would love to offer a unique product that matches your personality and only yours. We believe that one-off/limited pieces can offer a unique value that is so important for jewellery to become timeless and not only a one-season gadget.

Also, it allows us to keep a minimum stock and avoid overproduction. And, with any remaining beads, we prepare extra small pieces that we add to your packages!

When a style appears as sold out, it's never coming back?

Yes, in that particular design. And if you don't find anything else among available pieces (that you can find here), and you really liked a piece that is sold-out, and we still have the elements, we'd be more than happy to make a similar one! It will never be the exact same but we're sure together we can find the design that will fit you. What is amazing about the pearls that every single one is different and the uniqueness of the whole piece can easily come from changing only one pearl.

Do you use natural pearls?

Yes, all the pearls are natural! We use cultured freshwater pearls. When choosing pearls we pay a special attention to its hight quality and luster,

Do you use plastic beads?

The only plastic element in our whole collection is a polymer smiley used for the Make Your Choker necklace. All rest elements are freshwater pearls, glass, ceramic or gemstones.

I can get much cheaper pearl necklaces at the high street stores.

Please kindly remember that small businesses and big retailers have totally different circumstances. By buying with small brands, you support one's dreams, ambitions, savoir faire and hard work. You invest in a unique product that was well thought through and often handmade (like in case of pérl!). Small businesses can't allow themselves to make 100 pieces in 1min and must cover all the expenses like materials, software fees, taxes, and also put some food on their table.

What you can also be sure of is that every time you buy from a small business an actual person does a happy dance - just like this one! ;)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We're shipping to most countries!

Can I return my purchase?

We do my absolute best to meet your expectation, yet if you wish to return the necklace please contact me within 14 days of the receipt of the package and we'll put the refund into the process. For more details please see here.

Keep the gifts! ;)

How should I care for my p é r l pieces?

Please be aware that cultured pearls are very soft by nature so it's important you don't let them tangled up randomly with other jewellery pieces. That's why I would strongly recommend to store them in the lovely pouch or box you're provided with.

You might also notice, that after a certain time of usage, some pearls change their shape. It's nothing but a natural reaction caused by the skin acid. To avoid that happening, please clean your piece with a soft fabric occasionally.

Cultured pearls don't like perfumes, hairspray, swimming pools, and overexposure to sun and heat. It might damage their natural nacre.

But if you treat them with a minimal care and love they deserve they will last a lifetime!

What's more, to motivate you to keep your pérl necklace for as long as possible you'll be able to refresh or redesign your piece once a year!
